Welcome to Fandemic! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fandemic mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fandemic. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post, upload, or share on the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Fandemic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the App. You agree not to post unlawful or infringing material.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Fandemic (excluding User Content) are the property of Fandemic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fandemic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
